Was wanting to send some flowers out, had been looking for about a month and had emailed them as well as spoke to the owner of this shop, told them what i was looking for in an arrangement and was told, yes we can make that kind of arrangement, i had been looking on their website and came across one i liked, i called them yesterday and Alicia was the lady i spoke with, i told her the arrangement i was interested in, she said we can do that arrangement but she needed to check on that particular vase it came with, she said yes we have that vase in stock and she asked questions of when did I want it delivered, I told her I saw on the website that same day delivery orders need to be put in by noon, I had called about 12:30 P.M. I gave her the address it was going to and the recipients name and phone number, i was calling from out of state and gave her the address i wanted it to be sent to and she said since it was going to a Brownsburg address which is also the location of their shop that she can get those delivered that same day, the flowers were indeed delivered the same day as ordered and the recipient loved them, this florist goes above and beyond their expectations, they make good on their word.. Thank you to the owner and Alicia for your dedicated work of my order and seeing it was delivered the same day...
